10+ years of hands-on K-12 operations experience
Breanna brings ten years of hands-on experience in education operations within charter schools. She has served as Office Coordinator, Student Services Manager, Director of School Operations, and Manager of Network Operations and Information Technology.
Her work across multiple regions, grade levels, and school models has given her a deep understanding of how strong systems create better experiences for students, staff, and families.
Through her years in the field, Breanna noticed how much a school's operational strength depended on its systems, structures, and level of support. She founded OperateEDU to help close that gap — giving operations teams one place to manage every workflow, track every task, and run every domain, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Breanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University.
“Every school deserves the operational excellence that well-resourced schools take for granted.”
— Breanna, Founder of OperateEDU
