At the end of your trial, you can choose a paid plan to continue using OperateEDU. If you don't subscribe, your account will be paused — your data stays safe and you can reactivate anytime by selecting a plan. We'll never delete your data without notice.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We use role-based access controls with 40+ granular permission flags, automatic session timeouts, full audit logging, and support Google Workspace SSO. See our Trust Center for full details.

Yes. OperateEDU is designed for K-12 schools handling student data. Your school is the data controller — we act as a service provider. Student PII is only in the system because your school imported it, and we never share it with third parties. We're happy to sign a Data Processing Agreement. See our Privacy Policy for specifics.

Each plan includes a set number of users. All plans support enough seats for a full school operations team including admin, operations, and staff roles. If you need additional capacity for a large school or district deployment, contact us for custom pricing.

All plans include email support at support@operateedu.com with a response time within one business day. Professional plans include priority support. Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding assistance and a named account contact.
