Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes. OperateEDU is designed for K-12 schools handling student data. Your school is the data controller — we act as a service provider. Student PII is only in the system because your school imported it, and we never share it with third parties. We're happy to sign a Data Processing Agreement. See our Privacy Policy for specifics.
Each plan includes a set number of users. All plans support enough seats for a full school operations team including admin, operations, and staff roles. If you need additional capacity for a large school or district deployment, contact us for custom pricing.
